Bravo to the organisers of the Fungi Feastival for a job well done!
They managed to bring together an incredible lineup of over 30 workshops, and science, art, and food events in order to promote resilience and sustainability in our communities by creating more employment and income opportunities while ensuring food security. Truly impressive work!
The Fungi Festival extended from Batemans Bay to Eden and spanned over one month, from 16 June to 16 July 2023. This time period was chosen to coincide with the growth of fungi and is considered the low season for tourism in our region. For more information please visit the Fungi Feastival website.
