Since 2000, the Mumbulla Community Foundation is the heart of the Bega Valley Shire. Our mission is to raise funds and provide grants to charitable and not-for-profit organisations in our community. With your help, we can make a positive impact on the lives of those in need!
Here’s a glimpse of what we’ve accomplished together over the past 20 years we have distributed over $1.6 million to more than 300 deserving organisations. These incredible organisations serve the aged, disabled, youth, families, children, arts and cultural activities, education, community learning, and the preservation of our region’s heritage and environment.
In the last two years we have also been able to provide over $80,000 in continuing education scholarships for post-secondary students of any age to continue or upgrade their educational status.
Over the last eighteen years, in partnership with FRRR, we have provided over $250,000 worth of vouchers to support low-income families provide school supplies (including clothing) for their school-aged children.
