The Mumbulla Community Foundation Grant allowed the Bega VRA NSW Rescue to purchase a Pelican Dual light, which is used to provide lighting on rescue operations. It has been used extensively in training exercises as well as in real life rescue operations. The light provides a portable option in the provision of lighting as required which makes rescue operations more efficient and therefore improving the wellbeing of the casualty and rescue operators.
